Education Services offers a training curriculum based on customer and partner needs in Sales, Technical and Support technologies. These topics are presented as a complement to Ideetec AIDC vertical markets and application strategies. Within this scope, the curriculum is categorized based on four disciplines: Wireless, Mobile, Printers and RFID technologies. Each discipline is approached comprehensively, and combines sales methodology, marketing strategies, and introductory through high level technical and technology training.
